The XS and XS Max, which start from £999 and £1,099 respectively, have been available to pre-order for the past week but the XR - Apple's cheapest new smartphone, at £749 - will not hit shelves until late October.

Apple's massive September summit, where they reveal their big new releases, is only half the fun. Apple no longer sells the iPhone 6S, iPhone X, and most notably, the iPhone SE.

Another significant revelation worth noting is that all three of Apple's 2018 iPhone models sport additional RAM memory in comparison to their direct predecessors.

"IPhone XR makes it possible for even more people to have the great experience of the latest iPhone X technology, in attractive new designs, at a more affordable price". You don't have a separate one anymore. The inclusion of notch brings a taller and bigger screen.

"Before we send out our phone cases to everyone who has pre-ordered we want to just check them ourselves so that's why we're in Australia". When dropped from head height, the iPhone X's glass cracked, while the iPhone XS escaped with almost no damage. Now, thanks to the teardown everybody was waiting for, we've learned a peculiar little detail about the iPhone XS that comes as a complete surprise. Nokia 5.1 Plus is powered by a 3,060mAh battery.

Lots of people loved the larger screens of the iPhone 6-era phones, but plenty of customers who preferred the smaller designs anxious about the eventual retirement of the iPhone 5S, the last remaining iPhone with a 4-inch screen.

According to listings on the regulatory agency's website, the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max both feature 4GB of RAM while the more affordable iPhone XR packs 3GB of RAM. Will people still queue up for an even more expensive iPhone?

Will you be queueing up for the new iPhone?

But it remains unclear when an app for that will be available to Australian users.

So, as much as I love the current iPhone X-style designs, I do believe Apple got it right with the iPhone SE, and hope to see 4-inch iPhones eventually make a return.

Cook, while speaking during an interview at ABC's "Good Morning America" show, said that "it's the most advanced iPhone we've ever done" and that it replaces every other gadget consumers might need.
