As per latest reports, Bollywood sensation Tanushree Dutta stated that she will now take the help of the Maharashtra Women Commission. She, in turn, has filed a police complaint against Nana, choreographer Ganesh Acharya and the director and producer of the 2008 film.
In the note, Tanushree Dutta stated that she filed her complaint under Sections 354, 354 (A), Section 34 and Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The Aashiq Banaya Apne actress had accused the veteran actor of sexually assaulting her on the sets of Horn Ok Please in 2008.
Now as tweeted by News18, the team of inspectors from Oshiwara police station will go to Dutta's house in the evening at 5:30 PM to record her statement, as a part of the procedure. In a statement, Ms Rahatkar said the panel has taken cognisance of Ms Dutta's complaint on her alleged sexual harassment. On the way out, her vehicle was attacked but with the help of the police she managed to escape from the spot, it added. The incident is said to have happened in 2001, according to the woman.
