After a tweet from the Lexington Police Department mourning the deceased doughnut truck went viral, Krispy Kreme has offered to send the officers more doughnuts.

Doughnut distress that struck the Lexington Police Department earlier this week will be remedied by Krispy Kreme.

According to WKYT, the fire was quickly extinguished and thankfully no one was injured, but the same can't be said for the truck's precious cargo. "We hope you like sprinkles".
